RETURN POLICY-NON CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Return Policy (if applicable)

We only replace or return items if they are defective or damaged.  Our policy lasts 3 days for non custom furniture products. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase and you have not submitted a return, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as custom furniture. We accept exchange for same item if our product has arrived damage, defective or wrong item received.   

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards
*Custom furniture

 

Return Process:

1. Please submit a return online within 3 days from receiving item. You have 7 days from submitted return to ship item back. 

2. We will send you thru email the address to where to ship item back once. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Product with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@katuad.com.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.   

 

 

RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOM FURNITURE

  

Cancelation

We only accept a cancellation within 24hrs from purchase for a full refund. After the cancellation period, we cannot accept a cancellation.

Return policy for custom order

Since our custom furniture are handmade or customizable we accept return if our product has arrived damage, defective or wrong item received and are decided on a case-by-case basic. We do not accept returns when a buyer changes their mind.  Our return policy lasts 3 days If 3 days have gone by since your received order and you have not submitted a return request, unfortunately we cannot offer a return.  

Rules   

Minor scratches, nail holes, joint gaps less than 1/8" in width are consistent with reclaimed furniture and will not constitute as damage. Items made with reclaimed wood have several natural inconsistencies in color, grain and appearance. Since each piece is custom made, there may be some deviation between the store image and the item that is delivered to you.

Return process

1. Submit a return within 3 days from receiving the item and you will received the return shipping address thru email.

2. You must ship item back within 7 days of original delivery and we recommended adding trackable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance.

3. All damaged items that are returned for replacement shall be returned in its original packaging or suitable packaging purchased by the buyer. Buyer is responsible for packaging a return and scheduling a carrier pick up.

4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.  Shipping costs are non-refundable, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and we will ship you a replacement item or a store credit based on your preference.
